Delivery details

The shipping process date depends on your purchase order, your city location and payment method.

·         Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Delivery of orders inside Riyadh city is within 3 to 7 working days & Outside Riyadh within 3 to 10 working days excluding weekends (Friday and Saturday) and official holidays such as Eid. The delivery time during holidays is 15 days. ((Delivery time is appreciated and not guaranteed)).

Delivery also depends on the acceptance of the client and set the date of delivery with the ultralight team or with the shipping team. In the event that the customer does not communicate with us at the time of delivery, this may lead to a delay in delivery time without any liability to ultralight.

Delivery of the small orders by the shipping company

Product Delivery Cost: 19SR.

The cost of delivery of orders when the customer selects the payment feature upon receipt: The cost is 36 SR. ((for payable upon receipt + shipment))

Ultralight will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of KSA.

The payment

Customer provides the following information:

i. the full number / PAN (primary account number) for that Card;

ii. the expiry date of that Card;

iii. the Card CVV / CVC code (the 3-digit code printed on the signature panel of the Card); and

iv. the billing address of the Customer that is held by the Issuer of the Card.

Payment via ATM (MADA)

Credit cards:

ensure a safe shopping experience on our website. We currently accept credit cards of Visa Card and MasterCard. When the customer pays by credit card there are no additional charges added. Please enter full payment details in English.

cash on delivery:

We accept the cash payment upon delivering purchases, as an alternative way to use the credit card. By using this method, you will be able to pay in cash when you receive the products that you ordered, with the additional fees of 17 SR.

·         The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

·         We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in SAR (or any other agreed currencies).

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
